- How are my items shipped ?
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Expedited or overnight shipping is not available at this time.

- What is the estimated delivery time ?
Custom made collars can take approximately 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri) to ship. All collars are shipped USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 days to arrive in the U.S. once shipped, and 6-10 anywhere outside the U.S.
Ready to Wear collars will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order, if they are ordered with a custom collar then they will be shipped together upon completion of the custom collar.
If you are in a rush for a special occasion, send us an email and we will be glad to let you know if we can accomodate your request. Back to Top
- Sales tax

- What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our shopping cart. You do not need a PayPal account to shop here, however, if you have one you may utilize your PayPal balance or bank transfer option.
We also accept money orders, payment must be received within 7 days or your order will be cancelled unless we are notified of your delay and have given approval.

- Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we use Global Priority Mail for all our international shipments. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments and customers are responsible for duties and fees. Back to Top
- What is your policy on undeliverable packages ?
All undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping costs. Undeliverable packages include: unclaimed packages, refusal of packages, customer negligence and any misinformation or typos on the part of the customer. Back to Top
- What is your policy regarding cancellations ?
If work has begun on your order then orders cannot be cancelled or changed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. If we have not started work, then you may place a cancellation request.

- What is your return/exchange policy ?
We warrant our products for any defects in workmanship or flaws in the material and will repair or replace them at no cost to you if you find something wrong in the first 7 days.
Collars are not warranted against excessive pulling, chewing or scratching and should not be used as tie-out collars.
Personalized name collars are not returnable unless there is an error on Collar Mania's part.
If you have ordered a wrong size we will work with you to get you into the right collar, send us an email and we will be glad to see what we can do, additional shipping charges may apply. Back to Top
- Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates will be sent electronically at the close of the transaction, we do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates, however items paid for with Gift Certificates will be taxed if buyers are in California. Back to Top
